Sunday morning is all about treasuring Christ together, and we just can’t do that as spectators. Please be assured that we do not intend to make our times of gathering worship stodgy and overly-formal. Instead, by knowing why we do what we do when we worship together, I hope that we can say things like “Thanks be to God” after the Scripture reading and mean it, shout it, and believe it. Sunday morning should become a “launching pad” that ignite lives of worship throughout the week as we minister to and serve one another and reach out to those who do not know Christ.

May we truly be a community of true worshipers who love lives of faithfulness to King Jesus even in the midst of persecution and seduction.
