Otte Small Group

Every Sunday night around 5:30 p.m. a group of us get together for some food, fellowship and study. Most of the time we are meeting at Lloyd Home in Gorham. Our gatherings usually start off by catching up with each other around a good cup of coffee and a smorgasbord of snacks, but then move on to a time of learning what God says makes a strong and healthy marriage. (After all, He made marriage, so He ought to know!) Lately, we’ve been going through the Homebuilders study, “Growing in Christ Together”, but we’ve also looked at other issues like “Improving Communication” and “Resolving Conflict.” We share our joys and our sorrows, our successes and our frustrations. We laugh together, we cry together and we pray together. We’re just simply learning how to be like Jesus.
